The New Pipeline button in blue-ocean doesn't work for me as I don't have a All view and have custom views.

The New Pipeline takes me to https://jenkins/view/All/newJob but I dont have a All view (deleted that and have custom views) so that fails. Instead of hardcoding All, it needs to check for views and give that as an option to add the new pipeline job to.
