A feature missing from the s3 plugin that would be hugely appreciated in a pipeline equivalent would be an ability to set permissions on the objects being uploaded. In my usage, we have a bucket where we don't want everything public to EVERYONE, but I would like build artifacts I'm uploading to be public. I imagine the most common use case is similar - where you just want to set EVERYONE read permissions on the file.
