Providing a Bitbucket Cloud URL breaks config because it must be left blank

      When setting up a project which uses Bitbucket Cloud, under Projects --> Advanced, there is a field for the Bitbucket Server URL. The inline doc states that this is left blank for Bitbucket cloud, which is fine. But specifying a server URL causes the project to fail, and it shouldn't.
