      Description

The Emma coverage report is a table that has Emma's four columns of percentages.
      Each column is sortable.

When I click on any column, it appears to sort alphabetically. This gives
incorrect results because the values are actually numbers (i.e. percentages) and
      should really be sorted numerically.

For example, I sorted by the blocks column and then saw rows containing: 0%,
      10%, 100%, 22%. I would expect the order to be 0%, 10%, 22%, 100%.
