      Description

      Problem
Blue Ocean should display information about which node it executed the stage on.

      Design brief
A stage is always executing on a node and it is useful for developers to know what particular node is being executed on. There are a few options here:

      • Add a synthetic step to say where the stage is executing
      • Add this information to the step header on the result summary
