Hudson fails to send e-mails to committers on failed or instable builds. This
only seems to affect multi-module Maven projects. The build view clearly states
that there were SVN changes, but a subsequent build failure does not result in
an e-mail being sent to the committers. Only a recipient address directly
entered into the project config will receive a mail.
