Use POJOS and JAXB instead of schemaless XML between the maven event spy and the withMaven plugin.

It will be much more self documented and will limit risks of backward compatibility issues.

We will need to introduce a third maven module "pipeline-maven-plugin-model" that will be a dependency of both the "maven-event-spy" and the "pipeline-maven-plugin" modules.
