Not able to download any plugins

      Hi all,
      I have installed jenkins first time locally .My local system is windows 7 , everything worked when i tried to login and download plugins I am getting the below error

      java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

      PFA is the file contains the full stack trace

      Can you pls let us know what could be the issue here
