If the jenkins banner is customized the "open blue ocean" button gets covered on a narrow screen (< 1060)

      Allthough this happens in a comercial product filing here at the request of the BO team.

      If the banner of Jenkins is customized (e.g. like CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise) then the "Open Blue Ocean" Button is often rendered over the search bar, or for narror screen displays over the title of the product.
