"Open Blue Ocean" button navigates to 404s from most pages under "Manage Jenkins"

      Navigates to a 404 from:

      http://localhost:8080/pluginManager/
      http://localhost:8080/configureSecurity
      http://localhost:8080/configureCredentials

      And I'm sure a bunch more. Instead of going to the root /blue/ URL, it simply appends /blue onto the URL bar which is a 404

            NOT A BUG WON'T FIX THIS IS A VALUED FEATURE
            Just kidding. Already had this fixed just the other day: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-42301 (this has come up a few times, must be important).
