Steps to reproduce

1. Go to blueocean.io and log out
2. Click "Pipeline editor"
3. Click "Save"

The editor save dialog will not open. There is a 403 in the console.

Questions

• Can the editor be used on a Jenkins without authentication?
• If the editor cant be used by anonymous users with authentication enabled, then we need to prevent users from entering the editor in this case.
