NullPointerException when parameterized project option is enabled but any parameter is set

      Hello,

      As the title describe, the exception is thrown when "This project is parameterized" is enabled but no parameters are added.

       

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open project configuration
      • Enable "This project is parameterized"
      • Do not click 'Add Parameter'
      • Save/Apply project configuration
