Hudson seesm to have a wrong https port available detection. This works a before
a few month, but i did know exactly.

The problem is that hudson dose check if the --httpsPort is available on all ip
addresses in the system instead of checking only this one which is bind with
--httpsListenAddress. We have an Apache running on this system which uses the
other ip adresses and the https port on them. So currently we need to stop the
Apache server before we start Hudson because otherwise Hudson dose not open the
https port. But if we start Apache after Hudson was started, all works fine.

Hope that get fixed because it is annoying.
