I am installing a new Jenkins node, any many plugins are no longer visible. jenklns.io does not show them either. Is some sub-repo down or something?

I don't see them in the directory list on jenkins.io, and they don't show up as available/installed on my jenkins node, though I do see quite a few. But many are missing. What happened? Hopefully it's a misunderstanding on my part, and if so, apologies for the bug report....
