Have Pull Request builds reported as canceled if subsequent commits come in

      Description

Right now it seems that commits are given a status of 'This commit is being built' .

ThatĀ status remains this way, for commits that were in fact not builtĀ because they were held in queue till another commit came in.

Description I would like to have the ability to choose that for a given pipline-multi-branch project, scheduled/underway Pull Request builds will be canceled once someone pushes code in to that same branch/PR. Right now it seems that commits are given a status of 'This commit is being built' .

That status remains this way, for commits that were in fact not built because they were held in queue till another commit came in.
