Not able to use ec2-plugin

      I'm setting up the ec2-plugin for the first time. I'm using my personal credentials, which has full access to all AWS services. The same credentials work via the aws cli among other tools. When I go add a new cloud provider within Jenkins, I get an error within the "Region" field ... snippet below.
