REGRESSION: IE11 not working in blue ocean 1.1 (beta) due to preferences module being non compatible

    • Blue Ocean - 1.1-beta2, Blue Ocean 1.1-beta4

      The BlueOcean interface fails to load in IE 11.

      1.0.1 works but post snapshots do not.
