When trying to add a version to a JIRA i need to do the following:

1. Check if a version exists (jiragetversion)
2. If it does not exist created it
3. Add it to a JIRA

The issue I am having is that jiragetversion only accepts an id and I don't know the internal ID of the fix version I only know the name. I would expect we have the ability to get the version by name.
