One of the great features in Declarative Pipeline is the post section for stage sections. Many users have mentioned how much easier it is to use than Scripted Piepline's try-catch blocks.

Now that stage in Scripted Pipeline takes a block, it seems like adding post would be feasible. The exact implementation might require adding a steps section as well, but it would be a huge improvement.
