Currently logged in user should be available as environment variable

      There are a lot of Hudson environment variables available, but IMHO the
      currently logged in user is missing.
      I need this for instance to check in modifications to CVS. This is technically
      done with a separate CVS build user, but then I can insert the actual user into
      the CVS comment.
