Wrong permission type for Config File Provider credentials

      The permission required to select/view credentials for config files like "Maven settings.xml" has changed in this commit:

      • Since version 2.11, only users that have the permission Computer.CONFIGURE can select credentials.
      • Before that version, only users that had the permission Item.CONFIGURE could select credentials.

      Why would I need to grant Computer.CONFIGURE permission to select credentials for config files ? Especially at Folder levels. This looks like a bug and the permission required should be Item.CONFIGURE.
