Using blueocean to create new pipeline. Able to get all the way to choosing my repo and clicking create pipeline button. The network request takes 5.2 minutes and returns 201 but UI doesnt update. Pipeline also doesn't show up in the list. 

I confirmed not working with a public repo rileytg/ssh-chat on github.
