      Description

      Hello,

I use a Jenkins Docker image and use this plugin to integrate with Github Enterprise. I want to

I want to control user rights in Jenkins based on GitHub repository. So I chose GitHub Committer Authorization Strategy and checked " Use GitHub repository permissions".  Then I created a GitHub Organization Project.

But it didn't work. A user belongs to this GitHub Org but not in collaborators list of one repository still can build Job. The user supposes can only view that repository, cannot do anything regarding any branch of that repository.
