Agents tested with Ubuntu 14.04/16.04 & RHEL 7.3

If you connect a node to Jenkins for first time, logs show correctly on screen.  If node is disconnected and then reconnected, you get nothing but a spinning wheel on the logs page

I tested with Jenkins 2.32.2.2 first with Ubuntu 14.04 and Oracle JDK 8.  This was also tested with Ubuntu 16.04.  I upgraded to 2.60.1.1 and node showed logged on initial connection, but nothing if it was disconnected/reconnected.

Tested again with 2.32.2.2 and node was RHEL 7.3 with OpenJDK8, same results.

      Steps to recreate

      1. Set up Linux server for slave (Ubuntu 14.04/16.04 or RHEL 7.3)
      2. Initial connection of slave to master shows logging
      3. Disconnect slave
      4. Connect slave
      5. No logging appears on page
