The workspace is not cleaned when using Pipeline project and git "Clean before checkout" is selected. (When I try with Freestyle project it works fine.)

Tested with this script:

ls -lF
touch glop
ls -lF

After the first run, the file glop is not cleaned as indicated by the execution of the first 'ls -lF'.
