Fix jelly defaulting of values

      The defaulting of values for PeriodicFolderTrigger and DefaultOrphanedItemStrategy can cause confusion for users.

      • Periodic folder trigger should not present a default value of 1 minute
      • Default orphaned item strategy should not turn empty values into 0
