Change list not populated when checkout SVN repository with external via Multiple SCM plugin.

When I use alone Subversion plugin - Change list is right and available for changes for svn externals.

But for Multiple SCM + Subversion - change list is not generated for changes for svn external at svn source.

Help me please to find workaroud or fix this bug.

I need to start integrate our Jenkins job with issue system. And most of my project heve externals. And integation with issue system is not possible without correct changes list for job.
