403 on login using container security

      I receive an HTTP 403 error after login in hudson 1.330.

      The error only appears for normal users which do not have the "Overall
      administer" privilege. Administrators don't have the problem.

      The security is configured to delegate to the servlet container. I use Tomcat
      6.0.20 with "tomcat-users.xml".

      The full URL when receiving the 403 is:
      http://ena-continuum.ulaval.ca/hudson/loginEntry?from=%2Fhudson%2F

      After login, I can access Hudson just as normal if I rewrite manually the URL to:
      http://ena-continuum.ulaval.ca/hudson/
