This morning, we attempted to upgrade to LTS 2.73.2. The upgrade appears to have completed normally, however, when attempting to access any job, we get the stacktrace shown in Jenkins_ci_GeneralErrorStacktrace.log. It appears that there is some environment variable lookup that is looping.

Looking in the Jenkins log, we have a stack trace from Blue Ocean commenting about "hasPermission" issues, see Jenkins_ci_hasPermissionStacktrace.log

We have reverted to 2.60.3, however, Blue Ocean is now useless to us. After reverting to 2.60.3, we were still getting an Oops similar to the one in GeneralErrorStacktrace.log. In plugin manager, there were lots of Blue Ocean plugins that were old versions. After updating those, the general use issue seems to have gone away, however, Blue Ocean is still unusable.

Please advise how to correct the issues with 2.73.2 and/or how to fix Blue Ocean for 2.60.3....
