Pipeline stage view tooltips are not readable

      I tried hovering over one stage in the pipeline stage view, and the tooltip which comes up is set to wrap at about one character per line, making it unreadable.

      Maybe it should be set to some reasonable width, or at least set to wrap at the word level.
