      Description

After updating branch-api 2.0.14 to 2.0.15, git tag changes are detected, but no builds are triggered.

Reverting back to 2.0.14 works around the problem.

This seems more than a bit strange.

There are no code changes between 2.0.14 and 2.0.15, only a change to a UI field name:

          https://github.com/jenkinsci/branch-api-plugin/compare/branch-api-2.0.14...branch-api-2.0.15

So, first off, unless you are saving the multibranch project after upgrade, there can be no actual behaviour changes between the two.

We'd need to see the config.xml on either side to have any hints as to what is going on here
