          I have the same problem, the websphere seems that don't has the varible Jenkins_Root

          Paqui Aguayo Jenkins_Root is not an environment variable, it's merely a placeholder used to referenced where you installed jenkins. If you haven't, you must restart jenkins after copying the jar files to the path specified in the warning message!
