Somehow every once in a week (at random!) Jenkins marks a properly launched EC2 instance as offline whilst it is actually online because after clicking 'Bring this node back online' it immediately works.

In case this happens Jenkins is not able to run on these instance types (e.g t2-small) and it does not launch any additional jobs either blocking the whole run.

Somehow the launch logs (attached) show nothing wrong at all.
