Please document which license is applicable to the FileSystem SCM plugin.

E.g. as follows:

• copy the Jenkins LICENSE.txt file into the repository
• reference the LICENSE.txt file from the README.md file
• copy the contents of the LICENSE.txt file into the README.md file

Then the approach would be fully in line with the main Jenkins repository jenkinsci/jenkins.
