      Description

This issue occured:  after upgrading Bitbucket Branch Source plugin from 2.2.3 -> 2.2.10 and Bitbucket plugin 1.1.5 -> 1.1.8

      Log output/stack trace:  see attached.

      How to reproduce this issue:

      1. Create a new repository in Bitbucket Cloud.
      2. Attempt to create a new job for that repository.
      3. Observe that your newly created repository is not available in the drop down.

      Testing notes:

      1. All of the credentials and connection strings are input into Jenkins correctly.  We have a "dev" instance of Jenkins that mirrors these settings.
      2. The "dev" instance of Jenkins have Bitbucket Branch Source plugin version 2.2.9 and Bitbucket plugin 1.1.5 installed.
      3. The "dev" instance referenced in items 1 and 2 is able to successfully use this new repository.

Our current plans are to downgrade the two associated plugins to the versions that work on our "dev" instance.

Downgraded priority to "Minor".  I was now able to create a job using this repository on our "prod" Jenkins instance that contains the newer plugins, however it took about 1+hour for Jenkins to be able to return this repository to the drop down list.

There were multiple issues occurring causing this.  A very large repository, an underpowered VM and a Bitbucket service outage.  I don't think there's anything for the plugin teams to work on and I'm closing this as such.
