With the conversion from a BuildWrapper to a ConsoleLogFilter the BuildWrapper is only used as a marker to indicate that we want to send data.

A JobProperty would be the better place for this information. What needs to be checked is if we can automatically merged from BuildWrapper to JobProperty (at job loading or at first run maybe)
