The current POM structure is quite out of date to what you get when creating an up to date Hello World plugin from the tutorial web pages. This makes extending the plugin and fixing bugs a lot harder than it should.

Base the plugin POM on a more up to date example to benefit from Enforcer and Findbugs running automatically and closer alignment to online documentation.
