When trying to sync large changelists (in our case 10000+ small files) the p4sync pipeline step will get stuck and we have to sync manually past these changelists on our build machines. The same happens when p4sync has to switch to another stream.

We first encountered this issue in ver. 1.8.6, we're currently running ver. 1.8.9
