The problem appears when a project is build near to the day change. In special when a build chain is administrated.
For instance:
Project 1 triggers the build of Project 2 and afterwards Project 3
I had administrated the start of Pojrect 1 at 23:59 so one minute before the day change.
When the jobs executes it seems like the time is updated not to the starting point but to the finish of the job. What is suprising is, that the day doesn't gets updated. This means the next SVN update in Project 2 doesn't find any changes because the date from yesterday was used to check out.
