Jenkins migration from 1.596 to 2.107.2 getting Error "You have data stored in an older format and/or unreadable data."

      Hi Team,

      I have production Jenkins server 1.596 and i am trying to migrate on latest Jenkins version 2.107.2. I have copy all the job from older version Jenkins to newer version Jenkins server. But But I am getting this error message "You have data stored in an older format and/or unreadable data."  and not able to see the jobs on Jenkins. Please let me know how i can proceed further.
