JnlpProtocolHandlerTest sporadically fails

    • Automated tests in the repo. On Unix environments, particularly on Mac and sometimes on Linux.

      One or more tests in JnlpProtocolHandlerTest in the Remoting repo will sometimes fail. They hang until hitting a timeout. This is most noticeable on Mac. It occurs sometimes on Linux. It doesn't seem to happen on Windows.
