Publish over Dropbox returns "Connection Refused" when trying to add credentials

      Hi,

      I'm having an issue with Publish over Dropbox plugin. I generated the token by clicking "generate" link in the description of the Token field. But it returns the error "Connection Refused", and I can't figure out why. The stacktrace is not helping me much, but maybe I'm overseeing something. I know it could be some firewall rules, but it's impossible to know which one. When a request is sent from the terminal on the Jenkins host, everything works OK. It just returns this error when I try to add the credentials.
