when i used Jira Progress issue by workflow action function, change a status from New to In Progress, (Action name is In Progress), there are 2 type scenario:

scenario 1:

in the action's validators, it is include "Required fields", it is failed to change status.

scenario 2:

in the action's validators, it is None, it is successful to change status.
