Issue

Since the nice booting page was introduced, when logging into Jenkins, we get redirected to http://localhost instead of http://localhost:8080, which does not exist.

Expected

We should be redirected to Jenkins correctly.

(Currently, there's a quite simple workaround, which is to fix the URL manually by suffixing :8080 and it will work. But I guess it's unideal )
