Only one parallel steps displayed like in progress on UI

      We have a CI pipeline with 2 parallel execution branches (one for iOS and one for Android).

      We set it up as 2 parallel stages with substages each. But on the UI when 2 parallel substages being built, only one of them displayed as in progress (when actually both are) and the other one displayed as completed.
