Hello Jenkins Team.

I have a MultiJob Project with about 30 GIT Repositories added to it.

This job is parameterized using Git Parameter Plug-In and Poll SCM is DISABLED for this project.

This job is launched manually. But sometimes during build this job is triggered somehow by SCM. As a result another build of the same job is queued. 

I can't understand how it happens, taking in consideration that Poll SCM is disabled for this project:

I suppose that this is bug. I would be happy if this issue will be solved. Please let me know if you need some additional info.
