I have a parameterized job with a custom workspace. I queued up several builds. The first ran. The second failed due to files from one of the svn modules being missing. The third redownloaded all the svn modules.

I realize this this report does not give you much to work with, save that you might be able to repro this behavior with just the information I reported.
