The recordIssues (probably the other functions too) pipeline step does mark builds as failed when there are warnings (they are listed on the site but nothing happens with the build status), even if setting "failedTotalAll: 0".

Setting "failedTotalAll: 0" is how I used to make builds fail if there is any warnings in the old warnings plugin. Is this something that has changed? Since I find this to be a critical feature of this plugin.
