      1. visit jenkins/credentials/
      2. see lots of credentials – from the only store Jenkins – and from the only domain (global)).
      3. Look for "Add credentials" – can't find it.
        1. See "New Item" (this doesn't do the right thing™)
        2. See "New View" (this doesn't do the right thing™)
      4. In the left, See Credentials>System and click System
      5. See Global credentials (unrestricted) and still no way to Add credentials
      6. In the left, See Credentials>System and Add domain which is still not the right thing to click
      7. Click Global credentials (unrestricted)
      8. The bread crumbs for this are: JenkinsCredentials > System > Global credentials (unrestricted) and there's finally a drop down for Add credentials
      9. On the left, this view has:
        1. Back to credential domains
        2. Add Credentials
        3. and nothing else (unlike all of the previous views)

We can do nearly everything from /credentials/ except create new credentials.

Expected: being able to add credentials should be possible from this view.
