We are using jenkins with AWS ECS. The issue we are facing is to track any changes made on Plugins (like enabling/disabling, Install/Uninstall). We recently ran into issue where one of the security plugin was disabled, when we tried to dig into logs to find who made this change and when was this made we were unable to find any traces. Looked up on the blogs but could not find any plugin/script to log changes made to plugin. We are looking for something which can log which user made the change and when.
